I joined the team for the STEPS minor in September 2023, as a doctoral student, and will be focusing on the pre-implementation aspect of this project, as well as factors that will help us scale the STEPS minor into a graduate diploma level. My first step is to conduct an environmental scan to assess the policy landscape and environmental factors that may influence the implementation of the STEPS minor.
