Adam Dubrowski

Since 2001, I have been deeply engaged in research and educational development within the realm of simulation-based education. Over the years, as simulation has evolved into a sophisticated pedagogical tool, the demand for individuals well-versed in its clinical, educational, and technological aspects has become increasingly pressing. Recognizing this need, the STEPS initiative takes a holistic approach to simulation operations, treating it as a collaborative endeavour akin to a team sport. STEPS is dedicated to cultivating an out-of-the-box educational pipeline wherein young, digitally fluent, and tech-savvy students seamlessly integrate into simulation operations teams. I regard this  as perhaps the most promising and impactful pursuit of my career.
